Feel the V1BE at New Boutique Gym Opening in 35 Dale Street

35 Dale Street will be home to Manchester’s newest boutique gym as of March 2018, with new fitness concept V1BE opening their first studio in the 4,000 sq ft basement space on a 10 year lease.

Founded by Gareth Evans and Andy Tee, V1BE will specialise in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), providing functional, targeted workouts that aim to transform your body through a variety of flexible sessions. The combination of first-rate trainers, state of the art equipment, live DJs and heart-rate monitored workouts will offer a fitness experience like no other in Manchester.

The studio will join current tenants at 35 Dale Street, including SpareRoom UK, K7 Media and Slack & Andrews, who at present benefit from refurbished, high-quality office space, excellent transport links and a thriving restaurant and bar culture. V1BE will make an excellent contribution to both the building and the area’s offering.

“The main reasons for choosing 35 Dale St was the location and attention to detail Helical have given to the project in general.” says Evans, “Dale Street is a fantastic location for office workers and closely situated to many city apartments, it suits the type of clientele we are pitching to.”

Along with the 1,800 sq ft fitness studio, specifically designed for HIIT, V1BE will also include high-end changing rooms with shower facilities, a reception, juice bar and retail space.
