This July, enjoy a WEEK full of FREE Wellness activities!
From the 8th – 12th of July, Helical are hosting a week long Wellness Week for all of it’s Manchester occupiers. The Wellness Week will provide free workouts, activities, offers and more, to help improve physical and mental health for occupiers working in the Manchester Helical buildings 35 Dale Street, Churchgate and Lee and Fourways. The activities aim to help physical and mental wellbeing with chances to workout and enjoy socialising with fitness.

MONDAY
8-9am:Â KORÂ Spin class
Take the indoor ride of your life and monitor calories, distance and zone as you pedal to the max
12-2pm: Table Tennis Heats
Join our Helical Ping Pong tournament and have the chance to play in the Helical final in Manchester
TUESDAY
8.15-9.30am: KOR HIIT classÂ
Burn up to 850 calories in Manchester’s highest calorie burning workout!
1-1.30pm: Posture Yoga
Sat down all day? This session will help strengthen shoulders, chest and back and remove discomfort from sitting
12-2pm: Table Tennis Heats
Join our Helical Ping Pong tournament and have the chance to play in the Helical final in Manchester
WEDNESDAY
12.15-12.45pm: KOR HIIT class
Burn up to 850 calories in Manchester’s highest calorie burning workout!
1-1.30pm: KOR Spin class

The 35 Dale Street final will take place this lunchtime! The winner of here will go to play in the Manchester final taking place on Wednesday 17th July.
