Helical Plc has finalised five office deals for 35 Dale Street, bringing the 40,000 sq ft of office space to capacity.
Diono, a Seattle-based stroller and child-carrier company, will move into the seocnd floor. Accomodation4Students will call the first floor home, moving from Didsbury into the Northern Quarter.
Both signed five-year leases.
They join K7 Media, Slack & Andrews, SpareRoomUK, and Codethink who are already in the building.
Idle Hands Coffee and V1BE Fitness are other amenities in the building.
The new leases complete a milestone for Helical Plc, who acquired 35 Dale Street exactly three years ago. They took the building through an 18-month renovation, transforming the property into a stunning, welcoming workspace.
“This is a fantastic scheme offering modern office space behind a historic Grade II-listed façade in one of Manchester’s most desirable locations,” said Will Perry, asset management executive for Helical. “It comes as no surprise that so much of the building has been let prior to completion.”
Codethink signed a 10-year lease earlier this year. Slack & Andrews, a bespoke jeweller, are the building’s oldest occupiers with more than 20 years of tenure.
“With its original features, beautifully remodelled entrance and superior quality office space, the building has set a high standard for the Norther Quarter and we’re delighted to fill the building before PC,” said Daniel Barnes, associate director for Savills.
