CodeThink, a systems software engineering company will soon call 35 Dale Street home after signing a 10-year lease with Helical Plc.
This deal is the largest in Manchester's Northern Quarter in the past three years. Codethink will take over the 3rd and 4th floors, a total of 15,089 sq ft.
The building has been through extensive remodeling since Helical Plc aquired the property in 2015. 35 Dale Street features a stunning boutique recepton, the latest in a string of updates to the impressive building.
